Fruitful-Acres Captain Nemo

Since I maintain a small dairy herd I only keep one buck at a time. I have the opportunity to get a buckling from Nubilop Acres so I have decided to let Nemo go at this time. He is a lovely buck and all of my does are due with his kids in late February and early March. Nemo has a sweet disposition and is keeping the does company right now due to the extreme cold weather we have been having. He will turn 1 year old February 10, 2023. This young buck has a lot of potential. He is a tall, long Nubian with very nice width.

Ronco Farm Honey Velvet 4*M

I have decided to put Ronco Farm Honey Velvet 4*M up for sale. We have had a difficult year with health and family issues to care for and need to do a little more down sizing. Velvet was a quadruplet with 3 sisters. Her granddam is Ronco Farm Windy Ebony 2*M, a 2 time top Ten Doe and Elite Nubian Doe. Her dam was Ronco Farm Honey Bea 3*M and her sire was Veteran’s Tia’s Traveller *B. She comes from a very nice line of Top Ten and Elite does and bucks. She freshened at 1 yr old with a milk production record of: 285d 1290m 51f 46p. She produced this record after being traumatized by dogs several weeks before freshening. This year she freshened one week before our move from New Mexico to northeast Nebraska. we let her raise her twin bucklings this year with all the changes we were dealing with and weren’t able to get our milk tests continued until just recently. Velvet is an easy hand milker or has been milked by machine as well.

Ronco Farm Ebony Elsa 3*M N2113516
This picture was taken after Elsa had been dried off this fall. The black and white doeling next to her is her daughter sired by Veterans Ranch Tia’s Traveller. Due to our present circumstances I really need to cut back on my little herd. I have decided to offer Elsa for sale. She is due to kid in early March bred to Fruitful-Acres Captain Nemo PN2228001. She carries some excellent milking ability in her bloodlines. The kids she is carrying have a lot of potential to be wonderful milkers. Elsa’s dam, Ronco Farm Windy Ebony was Top Ten Doe in 2017 and 2018.
